We recognize your right to confidentiality and to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect on our Web Site to process orders. The personal information you provide us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company or third parties that we use to process your billing for the purpose of completing your order. In no way will we spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming. The security of your personal information is important to us. Placing an Order (Non Prescription Orders and Prescription Orders)
When you place an order for prescription medication, we will ask you to set up an account, under the New Customer link and use your account number to process your prescription order. If you are a returning customer you will need your account number for us to process you prescription order each time. Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your account number. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone. Users are not able to opt-out of these email communications, which are not promotional in nature, as they are essential to providing the requested service.

When we process either a “Non Prescription Order” and / or a “Prescription Order” we need billing information such as: name, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date. Please be aware that when placing an order you will be giving your personal information directly to our 3rd party service provider for processing and fulfillment, even though the pages have the same look and feel as our Green Street Pharmacy website. This privacy policy governs the collection and use of information during the purchase process. The 3rd party service provider does not use this information for any secondary purposes. This billing information will be transferred to a third party utilizing industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your information. All account information submitted to us is stored on an isolated server away from any unauthorized Internet access so we can process you billing information only. In the event you are placing a prescription order your account profile information is not used at this step. Your Account Profile information is collected and stored on our secure server. This information is only used in-house by authorized personnel to properly and safely process a Prescription Order. Using your account information, we will send you communications that are relevant to filling your order. Placing Prescription Orders and Your Prescription Information
To fill your prescription medication order, we collect additional information: your date of birth, gender, drug allergies, medical conditions, illnesses, and current medications. This information is used only by our pharmacists and authorized personnel to process your prescription order. This information is never transferred to any third party unless you direct our store to do so. This information is governed by HIPPA. Please see HIPPA link Please note: If for some reason you need to communicate information that is particularly sensitive of a private nature, do not send to us via e-mail as it may be accessible by a third party. Please communicate this type of information directly to one of our Licensed Pharmacists via telephone. For your privacy we will not communicate information that we deem sensitive or of personal nature to you via e-mail as we cannot assure that it will be communicated directly to you. We may also contact you in the event we believe your order was not completed properly. You should contact us if you believe that your order was not completed properly or you suspect it may have tampered with (please see “Contact Us” “Prescriptions Online”)
We will also ask you to provide information on your designated Alternate Contact and Physician information, such as their name, email address, and phone number.
Alternate Contact information will only be used for notifications regarding specific orders and will NOT be included in email lists for newsletters or special offers.
Physician information will only be used to confirm a prescription order, and will NOT be included in email lists for newsletters or special offers.
Special Offers and Updates and Newsletters
We may occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up to receive these emails from us.during your account set-up.
